Leading the Trailblazers on the golf course is Head Coach Gonzalo Rivera, the passionate and dedicated coach of the Sierra Canyon Girls Golf. Rivera brings a commitment to fundamentals, strategic course management, and steady improvement—helping his athletes excel in both competition and character.  

Under his leadership, the Trailblazers have become respected competitors in league play while proudly representing Sierra Canyon’s long tradition of athletic excellence. His team focuses on consistency, mental toughness, and
competitive growth throughout the season, with student‑athletes regularly posting strong rounds against quality opponents. Many of his players have earned individual honors in league and CIF competition, showcasing their
development under his guidance.

Beyond the course, Rivera emphasizes integrity, resilience, and academic balance—preparing his student‑athletes for success in golf and in life. His thoughtful coaching and dedication to his players make him a respected leader and mentor at Sierra Canyon.
