Class of 2023

Caroline Echols built a remarkable career at RJ Reynolds as a standout multi-sport athlete, excelling across cross country, swimming, and track and field.

In cross country, Caroline consistently ranked among the conference’s best, earning All-Conference and All-Region honors in 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022. Her sustained success over multiple seasons highlighted both her endurance and competitive consistency.

In the pool, Caroline proved equally impactful. She earned All-Conference honors in swimming throughout her career, adding All-Region recognition in 2020. Her performance peaked in 2022 when she was named Conference Swimmer of the Year and earned All-Region honors, solidifying her place among the top swimmers in the area.

Caroline continued her success into the spring of 2023, earning All-Conference and All-Region honors in outdoor track, further demonstrating her versatility as a distance athlete.

Her dedication, versatility, and consistent high-level performance across three sports left a lasting mark on RJ Reynolds Athletics. She continued her running career at Washington University in St. Louis.
