Emily was an elite athlete, earning 12 varsity letters as a member of eight conference championship teams. She was the catcher on the Raiders softball team that won four conference championships. Emily was named to the conference 2nd team 3 times, 1st team Lorain Coiunty as a senior and was team captain twice. The volleyball team won two straight conference championships with Emily as their setter. For three years, she was named to the conference 1st team, the Lorain County 1st team, the Northeast District 1st team, and served as team captain for two years. Emily excelled onthe basketball court. The team won two conference championships with Emily as their shooting guard. As a junior, Emily averageed 17.5 points a game and was named to the Patriot Athletic Conference 1st Team, the Lorain County 1st Team, the Northeast District 2nd Team, and Honorable Mention All Ohio. During her senior year, Emily averaged 18.8 points, five steals, and 6.6 rebounds per game. She was selected as the conference player of the year, Lorain County player of the year, 1st Team All Conference, 1st Team All Lorain County, 1st Team Northeast District, and Special Mention All Ohio. Emily finished her career having scored 1302 points, she was team captain three years, won the prestigious Miss Basketball Award, and was selected to play in the Ohio North South All Star Game. After graduation, Emily attended Baldwin Wallace University, where she played volleyball, and obtained her education degree. Currently, she teachesmath at Olmsted Falls High School and was the girl's Varsity golf coach. Her team won the conference championship in 2020 and she was named conference coach of the year twice.
