Dustin was a prolific running back for the Raiders' football program. As a freshman, he carried the ball 119 times, rushing for 588 yards & scorign 6 TD's. He also had 30 receptions for 322 yards & 1 TD. He was selected CHS Offensive MVP, MAC-8 Conference Honorable Mention, & Lorain County Honorable Mention. During his sophomore season, Dustin had 236 carries for 1543 yards & 16 TD's. He was named CHS Offensive MVP, Team MVP, & earned MAC-8 Conference 1st Team & Lorain County 1st Team honors. As a junior, Dustin rushed for 1441 yards, earned Team MVP, 1st Team Lorain County, 1st Team MAC-8, & All-Ohio Special Mention honors. He led the Raiders to their 1st ever State Playoff game. In his final Raider season, Dustin rushed for 1206 yards on 203 carries & scored 19 TD's. Additionally, he had 18 receptions for 281 yards & 2 TD's, & 5 kickoff returns for 105 yards. Defensively, he recorded 45 tackles, 18 assists, 1 sack, & 4 interceptions. Dustin was named Team MVP, MAC-8 Conference MVP, Lorain County 1st Team Running Back, Lorain County Offensive Back of the Year, Northeast Lakes District 1st Team Running Back, & All-Ohio Special Mention. The Raiders won the MAC-8 Conference Championship & went to the State Playoffs for the 2nd time. Dustin held the CHS & Lorain County career rushing record of 4778 yards for 16 years. Dustin received the prestigious Golden helmet Award as Lorain County's Most Outstanding Football Player in 2002. Dustin played 4 years of baseball, earning TEam MVP his junior & senior year, 1st Team MAC-8 his junior & senior year, & 1st Team Lorain County his senior year. Dustin received a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Dayton, playing 1 year of football there. He received his MBA from the University of Massachusetts. Currently he lives in North Royalton with his wife and 4 daughters. He is employed by the Lubrizol Corporation in Corporate Development/Mergers & Acquisitions.
