Played basketball and volleyball for four years and softball for three years at CHS. In basketball, she is the career scoring leader with 1,619 points, including a game high 37 points and season high 532 points. She had 56 3-point shots in a season, including a game high of 6. Other career stats include 794 rebounds, 450 steals and playing in 92 consecutive games. In 1997 she was Lorain County's scoring leader. She was selected 1st Team MAC-8 Conference, MAC-8 MVP, Lorain County Division III MVP, 1st Team Northeast District and 1st Team All Ohio. She played in the North-South All Star Game. Jamie was awarded a 4-year Division 1 Women's Basketball Scholarship to the University of Akron and was selected team MVP her senior year.
