John Gregg has five degrees including a D.D.S., an M.S. in Anatomy and Oral Surgery and a Ph.D. in Anatomy and Neurobiology. He has been published more than 75 times and has served as a consultant to dozens of hospitals and advisory boards.

A nationally known oral surgeon, he has been a full professor at the University of North Carolina and an adjunct professor at Virginia Tech University and the University of Maryland. He has worked in the practice of oral and maxillofacial surgery research at Virginia Tech University.
