A graduate of the Class of 2006, Brian Bartow lettered in three sports during his high school career.  A three-point shot specialist, he was a Section 1 Basketball Scholar Athlete award winner his senior year. And, Brian started as a sophomore on the section finalist baseball team, but cut his career short on the diamond to focus on golf, the sport in which he excelled.

Brian is undeniably the best golfer to come through Rye Neck.  He still holds the school records of Career Lowest Scoring Average and lowest 18 hole score in school history with 73 strokes.  Named to the Journal News Westchester/Putnam All County Team in his junior and senior years, he was also named the Journal News Westchester/Putnam County Player of the Year as a senior. He was a two-time All-State honoree as well.  He is the first and only Rye Neck golfer to compete in the state tournament - finishing 27th as a junior and 11th as a senior, which qualified him for the New York State Federation Tournament, a tournament which includes all public and private schools in New York State.  Brian won the entire tournament in impressive fashion.

His career continued at Bucknell University where he was a  four year starter and the number two player on the team, Brian earned All-Patriot League honors and played in two NCAA regional championships, while also being named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll for four years.  During this time, Brian also won numerous junior level and college level tournaments.

After graduation he immediately turned professional, working for a variety of prestigious clubs while competing in various PGA events. He has recorded five professional wins and impressive finishes at the Westchester and NY State Opens including losing in a playoff at the 2015 NY State Open.
