Bob Flynn

Bob Flynn excelled in football, wrestling, track, and baseball. In football he was the leading ground-gainer on the 1952 team that won the league championship, and was a first team all-conference selection.
In wrestling, he was a two-time sectional champion, at 123 and 145 pounds. In track, he set a sectional pole vault record, and in baseball, was a first team all-conference selection.
He continued with football, wrestling, and baseball at Wyoming Seminary, then attended Cornell where he played lightweight football, earning first team all-league honors, and baseball, where he set a single season record with a .448 batting average in 1958.
He is a member of the Section IV and Wyoming Seminary halls of fame.
