Lori Slaght

Lori Slaght played tennis, volleyball, basketball, and softball, and was captain of each of the latter 3 teams. As a freshman on the track team, she set a sectional record in the softball throw. Lori also played hockey for the Ithaca Shooting Stars in its inaugural season in 1973, and was team captain in '74 and '75. She attended Cortland State and played varsity basketball and softball. Both teams won Division III national championships in her sophomore year, and she was captain of both teams in her junior and senior years. Since 1979 she has been a physical education teacher and coach in the Bath, Alden, and North Tonawanda school districts.
