Alison McKeown

Alison McKeown played six years of varsity soccer and five years of varsity lacrosse for Ithaca High School between 1997 and 2003. She set the record in soccer for most goals (137) and assists (93). In lacrosse, she set the scoring record with 262 goals. In soccer, Alison was selected 4 times for both All-Conference and All-State, and she received All-Conference and All-State recognition for 3 years for lacrosse. In addition to soccer, Alison was named Ithaca Journal Female Athlete of the Year in 2003 for her accomplishments in both soccer and lacrosse. Alison captained her soccer team in her senior season and her lacrosse team as a junior and senior. She was a member of two Section IV Championship soccer teams, and in lacrosse her team made the Section IV Championships in 1999 and 2003. She went on to play Division I soccer at Penn State at Cornell as well as five years of Division I lacrosse at Cornell. Alison was a Gold Medal winner at the Empire State Games in 2010.
